Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 February 2026. These terms govern use of StoryJustDropped operated by Szymon Wasiak.
1. Service scope
StoryJustDropped provides tools to prepare, schedule, and publish social media content. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account data, protecting your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, abuse of platform APIs, or publication of unlawful content.
4. Third-party platforms
Publishing features depend on third-party social platforms. Their availability, policies, and API behavior are outside our control.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. StoryJustDropped is currently in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, full availability, or error-free behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
6. Payments, refunds, and complaints
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. Formal complaints related to service interruptions, beta limitations, or expected feature behavior are not grounds for refund or compensation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
