Effective date: 18 February 2026. This policy explains how Szymon Wasiak, operating StoryJustDropped, collects, uses, and protects personal data.

We may process account details such as email address, authentication and session data, and content metadata required to provide publishing and scheduling functionality.

We use data to operate the service, authenticate users, support publishing workflows, improve stability, and protect against misuse.
3. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable in the EU or EEA, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We may share limited data with infrastructure providers and connected social platforms when required to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, and error-free service are not guaranteed. StoryJustDropped is currently in beta.
6. Paid plans notice
For paid plans, all payments are final. We do not provide refunds. Complaints related to beta limitations, availability issues, or expected feature behavior do not create a refund entitlement.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data. To request account or data deletion, contact us by email from the same address used to create your account.
